• What floor plans are available at Orchard Village Townhomes? We offer 1 & 2 bedroom floor plans.
• How much does rent cost at Orchard Village Townhomes? Our rent pricing can be found on the floorplans tab.
• Are utilities included in rent? No, utilities will be separate paid by the resident.
• What lease terms are available? We offer 12 month lease terms.
• Are short-term leases offered? No not at this time.
• What specials or move-in incentives are currently available? None at this time.
• How do I schedule a tour? On the “schedule a tour” tab or by calling the office at 402-894-1600
• Can I apply online? Yes! Or in person at our leasing office.
• How quickly can I move in? All move ins are working off a waitlist, you can call the office for more information!

Apartment Features

• What features are included in the apartments? We offer W/D hook up, fireplace, efficient appliances, large spacious closest and more!
• Do apartments include in-unit washers and dryers? No but the hookups are available.
• Are apartments furnished? They do not come furnished.
• Do apartments have balconies or patios? All apartments will come with a patio.
• Are stainless steel appliances included? All appliances are included however some may not be stainless steel.
• What smart home features are available? Each of our apartments will come cable ready, have an alarm system, electronic thermostat and efficient appliances.
• Do apartments offer attached garages or reserved parking? Each apartment will offer an attached garage.

Amenities

• What amenities are available at Orchard Village Townhomes? We have a swimming pool, clubhouse, courtyard, off street parking, on site maintenance and management!
• Is there a fitness center? No not at this time.
• Does the community have a swimming pool? Yes, we have a swimming pool located at our leasing office!
• Are there coworking spaces or business centers? Unfortunately, not at this time.
• Is package receiving available? Yes! We can accept packages here at the office.
• Does the property offer outdoor gathering spaces? At our swimming pool and or courtyard is a perfect location.
• Are there EV charging stations? No there is not.

Pet-Friendly Questions

• Is Orchard Village Townhomes pet friendly? Yes we are!
• What pets are allowed? Dogs & cats will be accepted.
• Is there a pet deposit or monthly pet rent? Yes, the pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $150 for any additional. Pet rent will be $35 per pet per month.
• Are there breed or weight restrictions? Yes, you can find out about our restrictions on the amenities tab.
• Is there a dog park on-site? No not at this time.
• What pet services are available nearby? Near our location you can find grooming, nail trimming services, urgent pet care, and pet supply stores!
